Available Positions

Executive Sous Chef

Successful candidates have experience in positively leading active a la carte dining programs as well as banquet events simultaneously. If you have a track record of leading high quality, creative and consistent operations, as well as a passion for hospitality and training and mentoring future culinarians, look no further than this executive sous chef opportunity.

Essential Duties:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities concerning all back of house operations and personnel within the restaurant, Turn Grill and Pool kitchen.
  • Work directly with and in the absence of the Executive Chef to maintain and improve culinary operations and guest services.
  • Oversee and execute daily functions of the culinary department, ensuring that all prepared food items leave the kitchens on schedule and to set standards.

Casual Dining Server

This position plays a critical role in delivering a premier club experience by assisting members and guests with all aspects of dining services. This position is part-time, Monday through Sunday, multiple shift opportunities during hours of operation 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. Includes the Turn Grille and Tom's Place (pool, seasonal).

Essential Duties:
  • Provide warm, courteous greetings and exceptional service to all members and guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Provide menus and explain daily specials to guests.
  • Take Food & Beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Golf Service Associate

This position plays a critical role in delivering a premier club experience by assisting members and guests with all aspects of golf services including bag handling, practice facility maintenance, cart staging, and club cleaning.


Essential Duties:
  • Provide warm, courteous greetings and exceptional service to all members and guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Perform bag drop services, including loading/unloading golf bags from vehicles and transporting to/from staging area or bag room.
  • Set up and maintain practice facility: stock and organize range balls, clean and rotate stations, and maintain overall presentation.

Line Cook

Cooks should an have understanding of a la carte and banquet production with experience on sauté, grill and pantry.  Working knowledge of applicable health and sanitation regulations and a desire to provide membership with an exceptional dining experience a must.  This is a scratch operation with emphasis on regional products when available.

Essential Duties:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our seasonal menu and established recipes.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation are maintained at all times.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stocking and organizing kitchen supplies.

Dishwasher

The dishwasher job involves cleaning and sanitizing kitchenware and equipment, emptying trash, and maintaining a clean work area. Key responsibilities include scraping, rinsing, and loading dishes into a dishwasher, hand-washing pots and delicate items, and putting away clean dishes and utensils. Dishwashers also perform other cleaning and sanitation tasks, and may assist with basic food preparation.

Essential Duties:
  • Washing and sanitizing: Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, and cooking utensils using a commercial dishwasher or by hand.
  • Loading and unloading: Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into the machine, and unload and put away clean items in their proper storage locations.
  • Maintaining cleanliness: Keep kitchen floors swept and scrubbed, and ensure all equipment and work areas are clean and orderly.

Backwait

The Backwait provides exceptional service in the dining room and other Food & Beverage outlets of the Club through the delivery of food and clearing of completed plates and glasses, and bussing tables.

Essential Duties:
  • Assures that all material used by server is clean and ready for daily operation.
  • Possesses knowledge of the position of each diner’s chair in the dining rooms and lounges.
  • Sets the outside line with under liner plates, flatware, doilies, linen napkins and any other items needed for the delivering of food.

Uniforms will be provided for all positions. Appearance standards for front of house staff include:

Gentlemen
  • Clean shaven
  • No ear, eye, lip, or nose rings
  • All tattoos covered up
  • Hair coloring allowed, but must be natural colors

Ladies
  • All tattoos covered up
  • Earrings - no earrings that hang down close to your shoulder
  • No eye, lip, or nose piercings
Hair
  • If it is past the shoulder, it needs to be put up into a ponytail or up in some sort of way
  • Coloring is allowed, but must be natural colors
