Corporate Membership
Westhaven Golf Club is the ideal place for business owners and their employees to entertain clients and guests in a relaxed, casual setting.
With a Corporate Membership, designees will receive access to the clubhouse and golf course to use for rewarding customers, employees, building prospect rapport, enhancing networking activities, corporate events, charitable events and team building.
Program details:
- One primary member will have Full Golf family membership rights with unlimited round
- Up to five additional designees with limited golf rounds to share
- There are up to 100 golf rounds per year across the designees
- All charges for the primary member and the designees will be billed to one corporate account
- One day per quarter of reserved event space in the Private Dining Room with waived room rental
- Designees listed on the membership must be either directors, officers, partners or employees of the business entity
- Designees may be changed once per calendar year for a transfer fee of $500
- Discounts on corporate merchandise purchases
- Discounted rate for one Monday outing per calendar year

- Access to the Skube Swim Center
- Monthly Shoe Club
- Reciprocity with The Standard Club and Nashville City Club
- Complimentary carts after 3:00 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Designee Benefits
- Unlimited use of the practice facility
- The maximum of 100 rounds may be divided by its designees in any amounts
- Guests may be accompanied by any designee and will pay the accompanied guest rate
- Unused rounds cannot be carried over to the following year
- Each member will enjoy full member privileges
- Additional rounds may be played when the allotted rounds have been reached at the accompanied guest rate
- Corporate Designees are not eligible to play in member tournaments or leagues. Full charging privileges for golf, merchandise, food, and beverage
- Corporate Designees enjoy all benefits of dining membership, including: use of the restaurant and Grille Room and attending member social events
- Corporate Designees are not eligible for the annual cart plan
- Member pricing for golf instruction and club fitting
- Lockers and bag storage available at the current list price
